Goryokaku Park

It is a must visit if you are in Hakodate. You may reached the park by Tram No.2 or 5 or even by bus. There is only one main bus station at Hakodate and there is a customer service right at the centre if the bus station. You may ask them for advise and they are very friendly. So no worries. Entry is free to the park. The park is build to a star shaped and it is well maintained. We visited during the Sakura Season and it felt magical. Many locals having panic here and it feel so relax. Hakodate Japan

Hakodate is a beautiful city located at Oshima Subprefecture, Hokkaido, Japan. The town itself it not big and mostly you are able to travel by train or by foot. This town is by the sea and you can find good seafood here. The price is far cheaper than Hokkaido. The town get quite during the night but we feel safe to walk around. King Crab, Hairy Crab We visited Hakodate during the sakura. It was too beautiful to described. You can spend hours at the Goryokaku Park. Goryokaku Park My advise for traveller who wish to visit this city, you must book the hotel in far advance especially during the festival or holidays period. I tried to book my hotel 3 weeks ahead but i found 99% of the hotels are fully booked except one hotel that is very fact away and it cost triple the price.
